I would not use this letting agents as they are criminals they take your referencing fee and you will have to end up doing all the reference in yourself by phoning and chasing and tracing don't use them they are criminals

While trying to inform the team that there was an alarm sounding in an empty property they were dealing with i had the phone put down on me. Very rude! They made no comments that they may already have known. Perhaps ignorance is bliss. Hope the vendor doesn't have a problem!

Very pleasant dealing with Dana on the telephone to arrange appointments. Meeting Jeremy McGinn to value our house. Found him to be very helpful and fair with his comments. Rang and left a message about a property for sale . No response. Rang and spoke to someone explained what I was interested in 2 days still no response. Poor service
