I have sold my property with Ryder Dutton and from start to finish the process couldn’t of been so easier ! I was amazed at how the staff especially Shannon L she was always soo professional friendly approachable to even ask the simplest of questions kept me updated regularly which was so good I didn’t have to chase up then. I would defo recommend and defo use again. What excellent service and staff.

We recently sold a property through Ryder & Dutton Rawtenstall and were very pleased with the service. Graham initially valued it, we had a number of viewings before a purchaser was found and found the feedback helpful. After a sale was agreed at close to asking price, I mainly dealt with Jack Banks who kept us informed throughout the sale period with regular phone calls and updates as to the how the sale was progressing. I would recommend Ryder and Dutton and will definitely use again in the future. All the staff were helpful and they do their best to sell your property.

Shannon Laycock at Ryder & Dutton has been fantastic with helping both myself and my husband in the process of selling our house and buying a new one. Any questions I’ve had she has answered quickly, nothing has ever been an issue. Always very friendly and helpful.
I have spoken with a few others at the branch and they have always been very helpful too. All of the team has taken away the stress of selling/ purchasing a house.

I chose Ryder & Dutton originally based on the reviews, the pragmatic advice and the realistic selling price we received from the original valuation. We also took into consideration that as a buyer of what might be a property that an older person would gravitate towards, that they'd prefer to speak to a human rather than deal with online portals from the likes of Strike and Purple Bricks. We made the right decision. I can't thank Shannon enough for her diligence, professionalism and overall attitude from start to finish. As it happens, our sale was slowed by the aforementioned budget estate agents and their solicitors further down the chain so I would very much recommend choosing a proper estate agent and absolutely using Ryder & Dutton in Rawtenstall. Thanks Shannon, and everyone else who supports you there.
