Duckworths were the estate agent for the property we have just purchase. They were very helpful and informative from start to finish. Constantly kept us updated and in contact so we knew when each milestone had been reached. Brilliant service. Would recommend

We decided to use Duckworth's to sell our house as they were the most competitively priced. Unfortunately as a seller they weren't interested in our desires or wishes and prioritized the buyer. Will not be using them again.
Would've been a one star review but Steven in their Accrington Office saved them from this.

Always seem to want more is my experience bought three houses from these guys and two had higher offers a week or so after my offer was accepted

James from Duckworths Estate Agents was professional, polite, knowledgeable with a hint of humour.
I have encountered some EA’s that have made this experience more difficult that it needed to be, I’m thankful that this wasn’t the case.

Kept us informed the whole step of the way. Set a reasonable asking price and the percentage charged as fees was below the fixed price of another agent (whose pitch was to sell cheap for a quick sale). Really glad that we went with them - really positive from the outset about what they could do for us (unlike others who just slagged off the competition). Thank you Duckworths for a great job.

Duckworth's were the local agents but we found their service fragmented and updates were infrequent, and I had to chase them for these.
We chose Duckworth's over Keenan's estate agents but Keenan's contacted me regularly and appeared ore proactive and hungry to obtain our business and offer us support and advice around our house sale.
The thing that let the service down was the lack of updated information and advertisement was not as we were lead to believe on their initial sales pitch.
The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with, local offices very convenient.

I recently bought and sold with duckworths and the experience was pleasant. I didn't need to worry about anything, everything was taken care of by Amy with the viewings of my property and the one I was buying and Michelle who negotiated between us n buyers n sellers. I had regular updates on both sale and purchase which meant I was not chasing anything it was all done for me.
