Reeds Rains Estate Agents Bamber Bridge

We recently had a great experience purchasing our new home with the ladies at the Bamber Bridge branch. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and made every effort to ensure the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. Alison and Donna in particular were fabulous, and the lady who showed us around the property (who's name unfortunately escapes me) was also lovely to deal with. The ladies here are obviously very caring and passionate about their roles, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I might also add that Donna in particular deserves a 'shout out' as although she does not appear to be as visible and front of house as the other ladies, she was the one who put in the majority of the groundwork, and ensured that any concerns were quckly dealt with/resolved, and all the legal arrangements and requirements were completed at the speed of light. Fantastic people to deal with, and as mentioned previously, I could not recommend highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.

I rented a property with Reed Rains and after a year my Landlord decided to sell. I offered to buy the house and my Landlord was very happy for me to purchase the property. I would update my Landlord on the progress. When I got a Decision in Principle I called the landlord and told him and he told me to Contact Reed Rains because he was still happy for me to buy the house. I gave Reed Rains the Decision in Principle only to Receive a phone call the following morning from Donna saying the Landlord doesn't want to sell to me anymore. I couldn't believe it as I had spoken to him the previous day. Fast forward I bought a house and moved out. Bumped into my former landlord and he told me that Reed Rains told him that I could never get a mortgage and I was high risk. So Donna advised my former landlord not to sell the house to me. Anyway, I bought an even bigger and better house.

Very happy with the service from Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge. Chris was able to fit us in for a viewing of a property very short notice on a Saturday, and then helped us get everything sorted as quickly as possible for our desired move-in date. Everyone in the office was also really friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

I couldn’t recommend the Bamber Bridge highly enough! My dealings with Alison as a first time buyer were above and beyond what I expected. Worked around me for viewings unlike other estate agents who just told me which slots they had and I had to take it or leave it! Any queries I had were dealt with by Alison in a timely manner and couldn’t recommend any highly! Will be definitely using this branch again in the future! Thanks for all your help Alison!

Bamber Bridge branch were simply phenomenal in their service and I cannot give them enough credit for the help and support they gave me right through the entire sales process. Alison in particular was simply epic, she had the answers and was chasing the chain up to get it exchanged as soon as possible. Alison took so much stress out of the situation it just proves to me that not all hero wear capes she was brilliant! Thank you again everyone at the branch you are amazing!!!!

I have had a very positive experience with Reeds Rains at Bamber Bridge. As a first time buyer I found all staff members very helpful, in particular Donna when I was initially looking for a property and Alison, who was very accomodating in organising viewings around my shift pattern and continued to assist throughout the process by liaising with the seller and responding to any queries I had. Everything has gone very smoothly and they made the experience of buying my first home as stress-free as possible!

I found my beautiful little home on right move to begin with. Once making a call to reeds rains Bamber bridge, we set up a viewing with Tim and that was it I fell even more in love. All the staff were amazing considering I was a complete pest on the phone all the time 🤣 but they were all so lovely and well we are now in our dream home 💕 so thank you so much Tim and Helen and all the girls involved. You worked so hard to help me !

The staff here made me feel like I was an exclusive client. They went above and beyond to make my purchase quick and easy. From first viewing to completion took only a couple of weeks. Obviously this was helped along with an equally good solicitor. Donna and team always greeted me with a smile. They kept me informed of all proceedings every step of the way either by text, phone or email. It was like a life long friend holding my hand during a stressful episode.
