Hunters Estate & Letting Agents Stevenage

Without a doubt the worst estate agent I’ve ever had to deal with. Admitted they made a mistake in the contract yet still made us pay over £1000 due to it! Dealt with a new person every time and were rude over the phone when attempting to sort it out. A final kick in the teeth was a large cleaning fee not representative of the state of the property on exit. Very disappointed and would give 0 stars if possible.

I highly recommend this estate agents who have just dealt with the sale of my property. All staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional from valuation and show rounds up to the point of exchange. I felt confident leaving things in their capable hands. Special thanks to Amon who was fabulous! He was always at the end of the phone to answer my queries and chase things up when needed. Very professional service. Thank you all!!

I just sold my property through Hunters estate agent. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. From start to finish they were professional and transparent. The agents communicated fantastically, keeping us in the picture during the sale.

Really friendly team at hunters Buntingford, Marie and Tyne could not do enough to help me, we went on numerous different viewings as I was so undecided, I found one house that needed some work but something about it I really liked, I must have viewed at least 4 times before making an offer and they was just so patient, helpful and understanding all the way.

We can't fault the service we have received from Hunters from start...to hopefully nearly the finish!
From valuation day, to photographs they have been both friendly and professional. The way they handle viewings is spot on. They have been happy to give advice and answer questions and continue to keep us updated with the sale of our house. I recommend them to all Stevenage friends!!

Having recently completed, I'd like to complement the Hunters team, especially Dan and Sue, for making our house sale so seamless. Their knowledge of the housing sector and the local area is excellent and their response during Covid-19 has been exceptional and safe. All queries answered same day where possible and communication was professional. Selling a house is never easy, Hunters made it easier for us.

Twice have spoken with the agent to view properties, twice they have taken my details, twice they have not called back. First time I gave up waiting and arranged through the second agent selling, second I called back later the same day to be told all viewings had gone.
Poor customer service, poor response from staff. Wouldn't recommend if you'd like to get your house sold to people who are interested.

How ironic that it took less time for Hunters to respond to my review than it did to call me back - twice! Think that tells you everything you need to know....
