It was my first time on the property ladder but Leah and the Northfields Ealing Broadway team made it so easy for me. From the viewings - which were promptly arranged - to the whole conveyancing process, Leah and the team were always responsive to my queries and worked with both parties to move past any obstacles. I'm surprised they haven't blocked my number - that's how often I was able to get in touch for peace of mind. Whichever side of the market you're on, I'd recommend them - I certainly hope the team is still together if I need to sell in the future.

It is very difficult to rent a pet friendly property. I am very lucky to have professional support from Mr. Gabriele Brancato(Lettings Negotiator) and Natalia helping me find a lovely property to live with my 17 years old sausage dog. They are very helpful , considerate and hardworking. Although I am not familiar with rental procedure in UK and bother them so many times, Gabriele is still very patience to help me solve the problems. Natalia is always kind and sincere. Their warm hearted attitude and professional service are precious blessings to people who just arrived UK and finding not only a place to stay but a HOME to live. Highly recommend!

I recently sold a shared ownership flat through Northfields and could not have received better service, they were incredible throughout, exceeding all my expectations. Our house sale went very smoothly with the help of Abraham and all the team at the Northfields Avenue branch of Northfields.To begin with, Abraham took plenty of time to evaluate the house and advise on a realistic asking price. Communication was great throughout - the whole team were in regular contact to arrange viewings and provide feedback afterwards, and were quick to respond to our questions. The whole procedure went more quickly and was less stressful than we had anticipated.
