We travelled for 1 hr 30 mins to see the property. Waited at the property for 20 mins and no one arrived . Rang the office twice and sent a message and no one responded. The agent eventually responded 40 mins after the agreed time and asked us if we could turn round to view the property. He then blamed the system for why he was late. This is completely unacceptable.

Two years and nothing bad to say! The team is very friendly and cooperative. They do care and are genuinely helpful. Would definitely recommend Belvoir St Albans!

Travelled from Oxfordshire to view a property, but the agent didn't show up. I received an apologetic phone call 40 mins later, but I feel they should've tried to contact earlier to let me know they were running so late that I could make alternative plans
