Suzanne Cutler has set the bar very high in terms of letting agents. We returned from living in Australia and needed accommodation whilst buying a house. Suzanne was able to find just what we needed in the right area and price. She is always courteous, She listens to clients' needs and responds immediately and efficiently.
She is unfazed by client's demands and Leaders are lucky to have someone like her to represent them.

From start to finish of the sale of my property, I was extremely happy with the service and attention I had from Leaders, and Tyler Downie was the main person I dealt with. He was professional and clear in all communications regarding how Leaders would market my flat and was available to speak to whenever I needed to.
It was a challenging journey to sale due to events outside of our control but Tyler kept everything going with patience and tact and professionalism. His communications with me helped enormously as he listened to all my concerns and addressed everything. I really appreciated this so much as I did wonder at certain junctions if this sale was ever going to go through!

Having recently completed a move as a tenant moving into the area, Aaron was great and guided me through the whole process very efficiently. He always returned my calls and replied promptly to emails. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process very easy. Jess was also helpful and efficient every time I spoke to her. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 star review is that the tenancy progression team weren’t so responsive, which was frustrating.

Leaders in Emsworth were proficient and helpful in getting a new Tennant checked and agreed with us for our property in Denvilles. Their team were good at keeping in contact throughout the process and clearly followed good letting ethics.
