Waterfords - Fleet

Oliver Manning was great with our viewing of a flat in Fleet. Allowed us plenty of time to view and gave us all the information we needed regarding the property and surroundings. I found Ben at Waterfords great in terms of managing the sale of my property. It turned out to be a long and stressful process, through no fault of Waterfords, but he worked hard to get the sale completed and is friendly and helpful, communicating with me regularly and managing expectations well.
Before selling I let the property through Waterfords. Sam C from the lettings team was great but I found, at times, it was a bit hit and miss sorting any issues out, sometimes being good, other times not.

He showed us around the house and answered all our queries quite patiently with respect to the process. Though i was disappointed with the poor response after the viewing. We placed offer and i didnt hear back any feedback and had to follow-up repeatedly to hear the response.
