Huge thanks to K at Andrews Bishops Cleeve for his excellent service when, on 2nd December, we advised him that our boiler had broken down. He brilliantly managed to get a plumber to us the same day as well as arranging for two electric heaters to be delivered. Boiler parts were then ordered and the plumber returned a few days later and got it back up and running. An impressive level of service at a time when plumbers were in extreme demand due to the very cold snap. Thank you!
