Buyer beware!
It's not the Estate Agent but the owner of the property.
The door leading to the dining area from the living room drags on the bottom and hence the dent in the wall behind the door.
The staircase banister with the metal pattern has not been properly fixed and swings around.
The upstairs landing floor boards creak almost like the house from Great Expectations.
The bed was probably bought in the 1800's - it has a dip in the middle. Sleep on it and expect a back problem the very next day.
None of the sinks/bath tubs have stoppers that work.
The shower on the first floor does not have a shower curtain and you can imagine the rest.
The towel rod in the bathroom on the first floor needs to be fixed as does the plumbing for the water heater.
The washing machine does not work - it was destroyed.
The hut in the back yard needs a new locking system.
The owner will not fix anything and you will be left fixing it at your expense to the absolute delight of the owner.
I'd stay away.
The onus is on you.
