I’ve known Andrew, Val and the Winkworth Petersfield team for about 8 years now. I bought my house from them and found Andrew to be enormously helpful and supportive through what was a very stressful process. More recently I’ve rented the house out for a period, and here Val has been a huge help - from doing the inventory to providing invaluable advice, even though we were managing the property ourselves. Having sold up in West Sussex we rented a house in Petersfield prior to purchasing a home. Being new to the town that gave us time to get to know the area and chat to local agents. Andrew at Winkworth was head and shoulders above the other agents in getting to know us and our thoughts, which evolved over several months and we purchased a delightful one-off town house via Winkworth. The whole process up to Exchange of Contracts was handled very professionally and whilst Andrew was acting for the vendors he also gave us good and balanced advice throughout the process. We exchanged in the agreed timescale without any of the usual frustrations and agreed a long completion to allow the vendors to move to their chosen property. We took took possession last week, and much to our delight the property far exceeded our expectations. Winkworth was totally professional throughout the whole process and we would use them to sell the property when the time comes.

The Petersfield Office of Winkworth came strongly recommended, for which I am extremely grateful, as we required an Estate Agent who would sell our Apartment and communicate extremely well throughout the process, given that we are based outside of the Hampshire area.
