Grantley

We were looking for a property near my daughter’s school, and liked a property managed by Grantley. We approached the team for further process. Charlie was more helpful in arranging the viewing, and with the other letting processes. Charlie and Helene was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. I thought finding and moving in to a property would be very stressful. But, Grantley made it very easy and simple. Highly recommended! Best wishes to the entire team for continued success.

I was interested in renting out my home so contacted Stephen Frost at Grantley to discuss my options. He was very courteous in his response, and efficient in getting Mark from his team to visit my home to discuss my options. Mark then followed up very promptly with the paperwork. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and bespoke approach. The team really believe in what they do. And they take pride in doing it well. And it shows. They are a breath of fresh air in this space.

Susie from Grantley was an absolute godsend and the most helpful and caring estate agent I've ever worked with. I went through a month of house hunting and agencies trying to relocate from the US to the UK, having not the best experience at all and panicking at the process. But finally finding Grantley, Susie made the experience seamless and helped me so much with be being overseas during most of it and being unfamiliar with the UK process. She even helped me find suggestions for yards for my horse. I feel completely at ease knowing I'm taken care of I would recommend Susie and Grantley a thousand times over in this fast paced world where you feel as if you're just another number in the queue.

I was pleased to have come across Grantley, the knowledge, the service and experience from Grantley about the area was just magnificent. The help and support they bought/offered with advice was the best I could have asked for.
I went to a few of the other property companies in the area and found them to be "well let us see" no follow real up, I felt I had to ask all the questions, and had to use goggle to get some basic local knowledge.

Great experience! It was our first time renting and we where naturally nervous with all of the paperwork and detail on emails with not having a solicitor review everything like you would when buying and selling, but the team made us feel super comfortable and took us through everything we needed to know. Charlie was very responsive on all emails and questions all the way up to the day we moved in and even met us with the keys! Great experience!
