I have been a Tennant for one of the properties under Dewhurst homes for over a year. My tenancy, paperwork and viewings were arranged predominantly by Vanisha Patel at Dewhurst Homes (Preston). I am forever grateful for her continuous help throughout my stay, the initial applications and making my stay at the property they was in charge of very swift, efficient and seemless. I have used a number of agencies in the past but the service provided by Vanisha at Dewhurst homes Preston was exceptional, her service was amazing from the very start and even after during my stay she would continuously and regularly check on myself as I was new to the city and would always go above and beyond to do what she could. There wasn't many issues at all that I had experienced and if there was her communication was swift and was dealt with very efficiently. I couldn't recomend the company enough and Vanisha is an absolute credit to the company! Thanks Ish!

Dewhurst do a professional job, based on realism and good sense as well as complying with all legal requirements. They have an excellent local network for getting plumbing, electrical, gardening, and other work done when needed. While looking after their clients, they also try to be fair to the tenants as well. In particular, we have found Joe Ovey helpful and friendly in his work managing the house we inherited, at the same time as dealing with many other properties.

Every interaction we've had with Dewhurst has been quick, efficient and so easy. Our enquiries have always been answered straight away and they've always sent someone out the same day to inspect any problems. Super friendly team, and really approachable.

Lauren, Mark and the team at Fulwood (Preston) were first class in promoting our property and coaxing it through to completion. Being some distance away made it slightly more complex but they dealt with it really well and went the extra mile to ensure we got good value for the property. They were a great help.
