Got to be the worst estate agents ever,
Give them their due they respond to complaints quickly but send cowboys to carry out the work,
The only Worker that's any good is the gas man they send out he's very good,
They sent a plumber who left a leak over 3 times resulting in my ceiling falling in and my newly decorated living room and that was then ruined,
They sent a man to replace the Lino who stunk my house out with his wind and laid the Lino worse then a 1 year old the pipes all un boxed left as it was with a huge whole in the floor and pipes hanging everywhere and then trying to replace my toilet with a complete different colour to my bathroom suit which I kindly refused,
The window clasp on the really old skanky single glazed back door/window unit was broken making it easy access for anyone to just climb in anytime and when the guy came to fix it he saw the to let board and realised I was moving out and said oh actually I'm just going to leave it then and rip it out after you've moved out,
Charming,
so for the sake of saving a couple of quid he's put my family's safety at risk ,
I really would advise NOT to use this estate agents,
They're incompetent
The amount of work that we had carried out on the property building a wall in the back garden to enclose the two huge mounds of mud that was slumped up the garden re rendering of the dividing garden wall,
Boxing in of the pipes redecorating again after their bodging and they still charged me 1000 damages no compensation for the handy mans incompetence.
the property had 5 people in a tiny two bedroom house which was as wide as two of my arm spans 625 pm always paid and I lived there for over 5 years they're was bound to be wear and tear on the carpets they were damaged when I moved in,

Wonderful, friendly people. I rented from them for about 10 years and never had any problems, only swift and courteous help when needed.

An agent who rents your property to anyone. Doesn't deal with problem tenants!!! Would definitely not rent a property through this agent.

A helpful, polite independent estate agent with deep roots in the local community and great knowledge of the local housing market. Reasonable charges.

Horrendous agency. They don't act on issues with properties and only care about taking your money each month. We've got cracks in the roof which is causing the walls to be wet to the touch and mouldy but the landlord won't pay out for it and so the agency don't care. They paint over problems and don't deal with the cause of them. £665 a month for the privilege of living in a mouldy and damp flat. Stay away!

This week the wind was powerful and blown the fence and gate of the garden. I reported to David Seymour, and they sorted the issue so quickly and sent a contractor on the next day. All sorted.

Haven't found them good at communicating at all and have never finished repairs to my fiancé's place even though her heating only works in half her flat, shocking company

Not very good at organising work to be done at your property,
We have had our gutters down for over a month and they still have not fixed it yet,
They don't have a 24/7 emergency contact and only work Mon to Fri so any issues on a weekend have to wait to be dealt with
Most of the contractor's they have on there books are available only on Wed to Thurs basis
They also up the rent each year and tell you that you are the best tenants they have had
David Seymour's is one to really try and avoid due to cost and lack of time management with repairs
