We have bought a house through Peter Clarke and have been very happy with the service. From the viewing stage right through to completion, they have kept us informed.

Our total time was around 5months from viewing to completion so to keep us in the loop with the seller's developments and any issues faced is super appreciated.

We dealt with Renee (Sales Progression) and Giles (Viewing) mostly. The office staff that I spoke to when either weren't available were always polite and endeavoured to pass my messages on. I really felt that Renee was on our side the whole way through ensuring that any queries we had as buyers, were answered or passed onto their vendor. When either of them told us that they were going to do something, we never doubted it. They delivered on their promises and got us an answer.

After seeing our ‘dream home’ go up for sale, we called to make a viewing, during the call we felt welcomed and accommodated. A viewing was arranged, and we met Jane who conducted the viewing, we didn’t feel rushed and were able to ask questions to which there were always the answers.
