Leah was really friendly and so quick to respond whilst I was looking for and moving in to my new flat. She did everything she could to meet my incredibly tight deadline, and was even kind & thoughtful enough to add a personalised gift to the welcome box. Absolutely recommend.

There were a few times when agents seemed confused/out of the loop, especially on the phone. But I went in to the office physically and they were super helpful.

My parnter and I had been looking for a little while for our first flat together and eventually found a lovely property managed by Leaders. Having not used an agency before, I had lots of questions and ended up calling a few times each week! I was looking for an apartment to rent for me and my partner in Cambridge and Leah was extremely helpful and kind in allowing us to apply for a property that we really liked. She was extremely responsive and kind to give us the time we needed to arrange the documentation needed as we didn't have much of an idea of the complete scope of documentation required. Leah was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend her and Leaders more.
