Louis & Co

Century 21 managed my rental property for a number of years and I recently sold it through them. Louis has always given sound advice, is very personable and knows his stuff. I've seen the negative reviews and I did experience some adminstrative delays in the past, however, in more recent times I have had great service. The sale, in particular, was processed really efficiently by Paula. We lost a buyer and the second sale was not straightforward but she kept on top of things and kept me informed. Many thanks to Louis and Paula for all their help.

We have just started renting through century 21. We initially viewed a property which was lovely and kept to a very high standard when Louis (the letting agent) suggested another property that fit our needs perfectly.

Since then there has been great communication, service that goes above and beyond and an incredible staff that makes phone calls feel like you’re talking to a friend. Thank you to Lily, Louis and the whole team for making this an easy and enjoyable process!

As a long term renter, I can honestly say my experience with Century 21 has been nothing but a breeze. I have been kept fully up to speed with the situation and my referencing progress. Every single time I have called the office I have spoken with a helpful and friendly team member who has aided me in my requests.
I am perhaps a little ‘needy’ when going through this process, but the team have embraced this and really done all they can to ensure the process has been as seamless as possible.
I feel I must make a special mention to Lily. What a JOY it has been to deal with her.! An absolute credit to the Organisation. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she should be commended (and all while having horrendous ear ache!).
I cannot wait to move, thanks so so much to the Century 21 team..!

Just rented a property through Century 21 and I can honestly say they were brilliant from start to finish. Always kept updated with the progress of paper work via phone or email. Thoroughly recommend.

We bought a property through Louis and Co (then Century 21) in 2019 and decided to ask them to manage renting it for us as we were having problems with another estate agent who were looking after another property we had. In comparison to the other estate agents Louis and Co have been excellent. Melody, who manages the rentals, is extremely efficient and a really nice person who we feel we've got to know over the years. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she persists in getting things sorted for you. Louis has given us good advice and we are now in the process of selling a property through Louis and Co and have got to know Paula, in charge of sales, who is also really good at her job. We recommend them all.

We have been with Louis & Co previously Century 21 for almost 2 years and have had no problems, whenever we have had a problem with the property Melody has always been there to help get the issues resolved. With previous estate agents i have been made to feel an inconvenience whenever something has gone wrong however Melody has never made me feel like this. She is always friendly, approachable and on hand whenever i need her!

I have had such a bad experience with Louis estate agent. Recently I got a rental property from them and the services were so poor. Total fiasco on the day of handing over the keys which let to loosing money paid to removal company. Louis & Co has handed over expired parking permit to us knowing very well it is no longer valid. This expired parking permit has lead to parking ticket being issued. I called Louis & Co to notify them, all they said "they don't manage the property they only looked for tenant for the landlord". I find this unacceptable because the property was obtained through them and Louis & Co handed over the keys including the expired parking permit. All that I can say is Louis & Co don't care about customers they are only interest in their commission not the customer care. I paid one year rent advance with deposit.
