Fantastic letting agency! Rented a flat through Carnabys for 2.5 years and has been such a positive experience! Tina, Trish and Sheila are all so lovely and friendly who truly care and treat with respect equally tenant and landlord. They were always very professional, excellent communication and always responded promptly to any request for repairs etc. Excellent service and highly recommended!

As a FTB, I wanted to ensure I had adequate information to make the right decisions. Right from the start, I had a very knowledgeable and empathetic consultant in Trish. Not only did she help with the viewings but she had some useful suggestions and advice on key places close to my potential new home. I didn't feel like I was being sold a home, but welcomed to the neighbourhood.
Although the process took several weeks, I felt like I was kept up to date on the progress by the manager at Carnabys. Tina was prompt to reply to my emails or return calls. I felt reassured to leave things in the hands of my solicitor and Carnabys. I would certainly recommend their services to my friends.
