Howard & Co, and particularly Connor, have been brilliant in helping me and my partner to find a property to rent in Worthing. Connor is professional, friendly and approachable and went above and beyond to get us a viewing for a lovely property that we're now going to be renting. The process was fast, efficient and stress free and that was due to Connor's great attitude and approachability. Thank you!

I've recently rented an apartment through Howard & Co and it's been a really smooth and professional service. Connor couldn't have been more helpful and personable. Given how difficult it is to rent in Worthing at the moment, having someone respond quickly and go out of their way to support, has been really appreciated. Called last week to arrange a viewing for a property listed for sale on the same day and was advised that tenants were still in situ and so they were waiting for dates that they could get access to then book in viewings. Took my details and advised they would call to arrange. Today I discover the property is under offer. Called to find out what had happened and was told they did have access and viewings had already taken place and was under offer. Great service. Not!

Connor and Maria have been wonderful with their responses and have made us feel comfortable to ask any questions and have responded in good time. Moving can be stressful but I have felt in good hands and made the experience go far smoother than expected.

Where do I start. I enquired about a property and left a voicemail. Nobody got back to me so I chased later that day as I know how quickly properties seem to be getting snapped up! The lady I spoke to advised she didn't call me back because they were full with bookings however the great people over in Jacob Steel/Leaders still call regardless to take details.
She then said well you can leave your details incase a cancellation comes up so I did but during it the phone got cut off. She never bothered calling me back.
I then called back a few hours later after I finished work to ask why they didn't call me back and gave some feedback in a civilised manner. She was very rude was extremely patronising so I said forget it and asked to speak to a manager and she just terminated the call.

I called another 2 times and she picked up to hang up on me. I then called again and another lady answered. I asked to speak to the manager and she advised she was the manager. I was about to tell her how rude her employee was to me and that I do need help in finding a property as a matter of urgency however she rudely interjected and asked if I actually do need help or if I'm calling to moan. I was shocked to say the least. She then advised she was the owner, I just couldn't believe it and told her that surprised me and she terminated the call.
What a horrendous experience. You have no idea what a family might be going through.
I have heard so many negative reviews of this estate agency but I ignored it to try for myself and now I know I should have listened. Very disappointed as we are in need of a property urgently and unfortunately any properties being handled by Howard & Co we will not be enquiring about. The customer service is diabolical. They don't listen to you and like to terminate phone calls. Be warned.

The worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. Hung up on, shouted at, cut off, ignored. What more can I say. Shocking, sounds like they are struggling. Should "the owner" of the company hang up on you? 😕

Howard & Co have been marketing and finding tenants for the residential investment portfolio I manage for approx. two years and I cannot recommend them enough.
