I want to thank Rona and her team at Frost Lettings dept in Chalfont St Giles for arranging a rental for me in under a week! We were let down badly by another agent in Amersham and were almost left homeless if it wasn't for Rona. I would highly recommend these agents and will no doubt be using their services again in the future.

I've recently been agreed for a tenancy through Frost Partnership and the whole experience was excellent! The viewing with Rona was well organised and felt safe with Covid-19 precautions being made. Incredibly disappointed as the purchase of a property was not completed due to the poor communication and difficulty with the agent responsible for selling the property. Heather did not respond to emails nor communicate despite assuring she would. Hence it took them over a month to even realise I had pulled out of the sale as she had not responded to the issues I had raised prior. I felt that this was incredibly unprofessional and deterred a potential purchase.
