It was a pleasure to deal with Oneil Gardner. He was really easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and I am thoroughly impressed by the service level he offers and I would recommend him to anyone looking to secure a mortgage.

It took a while but we eventually got there. Georgina was really helpful and knew what was going on. She helped us find ways to fulfill the requirements of our application or at least directed us to someone who could help.

But, when Georgina went on a vacation there was some other staff member who would mistakenly give us the wrong information when we asked about updates about the property or what the process was for our paperwork and background check, she didn’t seem to know what the correct procedure was. This caused us a lot of stress because we had to find solutions on our own because we kept hitting only dead ends with her or the advice she would give. We don’t know if that lady was just new or of there was some other sort of communication problem.

Luckily, when Georgina came back everything was sorted out alright and the turnover of the property went smoothly. Jason and George were also quite helpful and would be able to run us through certain procedures without problems and would give us useful information about our application and landlord. We are now happily settled in our new home.

I rented property through Gascoigne Pees in Kingston for 11 years - and would highly recommend them. Always professional and a pleasure to deal with. It also helped having a lovely landlord for the past 6 years too 🙂

Have dealt with 8 different Estate Agents trying to find a property to let and I have to say that George Dietrich at Gascoihne -Pees has been the most consistent and professional of them all. He called me weekly to check if we were still searching despite not having anything that matched our requirements. Also when viewing a property with him it was an appointment booked for us at a time to suit us, which it seems no other agent does anymore... its all block viewings at a certain and its tough if you can't make it.

We did eventually let a property through George and the whole process was extremely smooth and without fault. Every other agent we made offers with we felt were dragging their feet and were really not good with communication.
