We recently bought our house in Burnham on Sea from GTH and both Chris and Wendy were really helpful throughout the process. Negotiating with the Executors on our behalf and even arranging for the heating to be checked out and turned on so the house was warm for our arrival .

Good service and lovely card and gift on completion. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is our new neighbour informed us they contacted the agent to advise the rear porch door was open and banging but they didn’t do anything so the door was blown off and broken.

Selling / buying a house is a stressful experience. The team at GTH never left me to sort out any issues, they were always on hand to help the sale progress - right to the end.

communication was poor on several occasion informed me too busy, suggested I do some progressing, due to pandemic but still want to charge pre covid £fee for reduce service. some members of staff were not up to speed with latest up dates. Local Branch did not even inform me chain was ready to exchange, I tried to contact GTH several occasions for exchange update, in the end, I was informed by my Buyers selling Agent. Exchanged with completion 3 weeks later still no communication in between from local branch. Yes we Know ones own Solicitor would inform once exchange taken place but would have been nice to receive call from Local Branch to congratulate, helps to make you feel a valued customer which I 80% did not. They did not even inform me they would be sending invoice to my Solicitor. They assumed my Solicitor would be paying them direct. GTH only needed to ask where to send invoice.
