My wife and I are trying to sell our flat, so we started to research state agents. We found Katy Jewel from your Move. She was professional, lovely and knowledgeable, and because of her we decided to use Your Move. It was definitely the right call. They are doing an amazing job.

The staff, Katy and Tracy, at the High Street Tunbridge Wells office could not have been more helpful both in organizing viewings and then guiding the sale process. We were in a chain that got a bit complicated but Katy and Tracy were great at keeping us informed and liaising with the other estate agents. Thank you!

We've now used Your Move Tunbridge Wells twice. Once for buying a flat about 6 years ago. And then for selling that flat. They've been awesome each time. A very friendly and helpful team. Big shout out to Katy Jewel and Tracey Lowe in particular!
When it came to selling the flat, we got a few Estate Agents to value the property. We knew the rough value, as some neighbours had recently sold. A couple of the Estate Agents under-valued or were very cautious about the asking price.
But Your Move knew the real value and were happy to push for a good price for us and we got exactly what we wanted from the sale.
It was really fast too. We got 4 offers after just 2 days on the market. And accepted a final offer on the third day.

Of course, with all the legal nonsense with selling/buying in the UK, it took another 8 months to actually move house! But the Your Move team were very helpful and always in communication with us, our buyers and our solicitors. :)

I have used this company twice recently to find tenants and am very pleased with their service. The details were up on the Internet very quickly and attracted a lot of interest. Gabriela and Alex conducted all the viewings and found excellent tenants for both properties.

Recently sold our house with your move Tunbridge Wells. 1st time selling for us and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful team. The process was quite challenging at times but Tracy and the team were always there at the end of the phone to help us through it. Towards the end, it became particularly stressful with issues coming up from the solicitors. Tracy was amazingly proactive in chasing things through and ensuring that we got our sale completed.
