From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with them for any house sales in the future.

Our experience with Page and Wells was excellent. Staff were always polite and helpful when we have called, which other estate agents have not been in our opinion. Highly recommend.

We have been dealing with Page and Wells since around December 2021. We put offers on two properties with them (we changed property half way through). Even though they haven’t been our agents for selling our own property they have been brilliant.
