As someone who has rented several properties in London over the years, I can tell you that Knightsbridge Estate - and in particular Francesco - are truly exceptional when it comes to service. Unlike other estate agents that you very much feel work for the landlord, I have always felt that Francesco sincerely cares that we be comfortable in the flat.

All flats will eventually have one thing or another that need to be repaired. Typically, I've had to wait a long time from when I reported the problem until someone came to fix it and even then, it would be fixed in the absolute cheapest way possible until it inevitably broke again soon after. With Knightsbridge Estate, as soon as I report a problem, within 24 hours, someone is there to repair it and repair it right. If an old appliance needs to be replaced, it is replaced with a new, quality model that then won't fail and works well. Although the property is rented out as an investment, it is clear that they are interested in its upkeep and not just doing the bare minimum so they can maximize their profit at the tenant's expense.

With all that said, apart from having excellent properties and a very easy and fair contract agreement experience, what truly makes this agency stand out is their service to the client once you have moved in. I cannot recommend their services enough.
