As someone who is new to the country, I required a lot of help and input from the team at Wards. They did not disappoint, they were helpful; friendly and patient with me throughout the process. I was so shocked when I received a welcome hamper to accompany me to my new home. They were truly wonderful to work with, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

I have just had a tenant found for me with ward's lettings Canterbury. Abi branch manager and her assistant Hamid were very professional in every aspect and very helpful throughout. Very thorough and always have their clients best interests at the fore. I would recommend them certainly.

I would definitely recommend Abi and Hamid on the rental side. The service was exceptional, it was quick and well informed whilst adding a personal touch. They both kept us informed at all stages taking away any stress from the process. I have been using Wards Lettings to fully manage properties in Canterbury and Herne Bay for 3 years and cannot recommend Hamid and Abi highly enough. They really know their market and are very accessible.
