Kept me up to date with new houses to rent in Chelmsford. Good Letting agent!

Very polite and friendly staff, i would highly recommend this agent. I was confused at first because when I called the number the staff answered with 'Abbotts Lettings' but the Bairstow Eves Lettings is run from the Abbotts branch. Abbotts are a sister company to Bairstow Eves who are part of Countrywide. I beleive Countrywide are the largest letting company in the UK so these guys know their stuff.

Christina Graham is AMAZING! Buying our first home was a very stressful experience for a lot of reasons, but made so much easier by Christina at Bairstow Eves. When others involved were holding us back, Christina went above and beyond to help us anyway she could. She kept us informed every step of the way and explained things thoroughly so we completely understood everything (being first time buyers and completely new to everything this was so helpful!). If we had any problems with any part of the process, we knew we could call her for anything and be helped and reassured. She has even helped us since moving in with any questions we’ve had. I would 10000% reccomend Bairstow Eves Chelmsford, but make sure you ask for Christina.

I have recently sold my house through Bairstows Eves and I could not be happier with the service I have received from the whole team. Chris did a magnificent job with marketing my property at the correct price and with fantastic professional photos.

My partner and I both work in London so we needed someone we could rely on to do the viewings, Jordan and Megan were the right people for the job, not only were they very accommodating and flexible with the viewing they were able to get the right people through the front door so that it sold within the first few weeks at a fair price but higher than I had originally imagined.

Once I had a buyer, Joan was the dedicated sales progressor. With her no nonsense straight talking manner she was extremely helpful and approachable.

I couldn’t recommend Bairstows Eves highly enough and I will definitely be using them in future should I need a valued estate agent.

I’ve dealt with a fair few agents in my time in the process of developing properties. Called this branch to get more info on a property for sale and was met with the most unhelpful, uninterested person on the end of the phone full of snarky comments. I’d be livid if a firm treated one of my perspective buyers like that, so I guess it’s no surprise the property ended up reduced. Word of caution to anyone looking to sell, much more enthusiastic/accessible agents around. Also find it quite suspicious how the positive reviews are from accounts set up specifically to review this firm...fraud much?

Recently dealt with Bairstow Eves during my property search in Chelmsford. Didn’t end up purchasing through them but Megan was great! Only estate agent who took my details down correctly, suggested properties for me to view other than the one I’d enquired about and was generally very helpful! Would highly recommend Megan if you decide to view a property with Bairstow Eves!!
