Leaders is an amazing letting agents. My Property Manager Natasha, has been a huge help these last few months whilst I've been going through a difficult time. She is very efficient and always helps me no matter what. I would recommend leaders for anyone looking to rent a property.

Sophie Wood was extremely helpful through out the application and moving in process. She consistently went above and beyond on my behalf making the whole process easier, it would not have been the same without her. Couldn’t recommend her enough as a point of contact at leaders!

Paid 10k for my flat in Warwick up front. 2 months without hot water, the flush on the toilet has been knackered since I moved in and the water pressure from the emersion heater is really low. The emersion heater is not fit for purpose and is the original one from when the property was built. The garage door kept coming off the runners and eventually completely came off and hit my motorcycle with no compensation or anything from leaders, despite several previous complaints about the garage door. All the issues have been logged several times and they do not care once they have your money, as that is all they care about. I would definitely would not use leaders again. Absolute con artists and my property is not up to a living standard. WOULD HIGHLY AVOID!

Taking one star off as there were a few moments where we were left wondering if we had to send all our documents again, as the automated emails kept requesting information we had already provided.

I am a leaders tenant in Wolverhampton, but Leamington spa is the branch that deals with my property. I had some really leaky taps, a bad limescale build up that was causing a lot of pressure in the pipes. I called Abigail Phillips, my new property manager (who seems lovely and chirpy on the phone) and she had a plumber round the next day, with new taps and fittings. The contractor did a great job....lovely new shiney taps!!! No noise!!! No drips!!! Overall it was easily sorted out. Thank you to all. I would recommend you speak to leaders if you are looking to rent a property.

I've had a really great experience with Leaders from being a first time landlord Sara provided me with all the information I would need to get started. I had met with 3 other agencies prior to Leaders and they were the best by far.

Sophie has also been great in the lead up to the tenants moving in. She has communicated with me promptly when things needed doing and has kept me updated and well informed. It has made me feel reassured that the flat is in good hands.

I wish i could give less than one star. I was a tenant through Leaders and they were a shambles from start to finish. I only had one issue with the property in 12 months (which Leaders themselves identified in a routine visit) but after 5 unanswered emails they never returned to fix the problem.

When i vacated the property they never invited me to the final inspection and then sent me an email with a list of problems (which i knew to be completely false) and withheld my deposit. They provided no evidence and after 3 months of not returning my emails i appointed an adjudicator. After a further 2 months of providing the adjudicator with zero evidence i received my deposit in full.

Have you ever come across anybody in the service industry who leaves their email permanently on out of office with a message saying "i am extremely busy this week but i will respond to your email within the next 48 hours" and then doesn't respond?

Came across as a bunch of millennials trying to run a business whilst the grown ups were away.
