I have recently moved in into my flat through chancellors. I had an amazing agent called Charlotte Quixely who assisted me throughout the process. She was very helpful and professional. She answered very promptly to my questions and i cannot thank her enough for helping me go through the process patiently, this lady deserves a promotion. I would have given a 5* rate but after she completed her task with me and passing me on to the central lettings team, it has slowed down massively and it was more difficult to establish contact. When it was time for me to move in, i could not get hold of anyone to hand me the keys. I think this department needs to improve their performance as it will have an overall impact to the company especially to those hard working employees.

We've been having a pleasant experience with Chancellors from the start. Charlotte showed us around for our viewing and was patient and willing in answering any questions we had. She has continued to do so and has been very helpful both over the phone and over email. Most importantly, she has also been friendly which has made communication in a process that can sometimes be confusing that much easier. It's been nice to feel like we can count on the person on the other end of the line, it takes the pressure off significantly. We can now look forward to moving in!

I have recently visited a property being sold through Chancellors and was impressed with the overall professionalism of the combined efforts of Jake Smith and Luke Westcott, the Senior Sales Negotiator and Sales Manager respectively. All information and responses to open questions were provided by Jake in advance of the viewing which was conducted on time at the site. I was impressed by Jake's market knowledge and felt at ease when discussing the options available to me. At no time did I feel pressured into making a hasty decision as a spirit of transparency and trust existed throughout the visit. In short due to the proactivity of the team acting on my behalf has secured an offer and I would like to thank the team at Chancellors for this professional service and for supporting me throughout the process.

From our first encounter with Andreea, we were impressed by her professionalism and dynamism. Throughout our dealings with her, she continued to be pro-active and energetic, setting up several viewings in the shortest times (something we did not encounter at other agencies). She communicated with us regularly by phone and emails. We never had to chase her.

When we found our dream home, negotiations were complicated. Andreea showed energy and drive, and did not give up. We always felt Andreea was working for what was best for both parties, the landlord and the tenant. She came across as honest and trustworthy. We knew she would make it work, and she did.
