John German Estate Agents Ashby de la Zouch

I cant speak too highly of my experience with John German in Ashby. Unfortunately I was unable to use John German in the end to sell my house but the advice I had from yourselves was fantastic, really helpful and much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

This is the second house I have sold in the last 3 years through Ashby John German. David is fantastic to deal with so professional and knowledgeable. Chelsea and the sales team were amazing, they sold the house quickly before it went to the open market in fact. Jo in sales progression helped get the sale through to exchange and completion.
I can’t recommend the team enough at the Ashby office, they are kind and caring and offer a highly professional service.

We have dealt with many estate agents in our lifetimes but none as good as these. David and his super team are very efficient, professional but above all personable. Every box has been ticked so far and we would recommend them to anyone .

I can't speak highly enough about the team at the Ashby de la Zouch branch. Although my wife and I decided in the end against selling our home, I cannot fault the staff, especially David, Lizzie and Henry, their organisation, communication, commitment, first class attitude and their willingness to go the extra mile to try to get the result we wanted. While looking for a property we couldn't find we had dealings with other estate agents who weren't in the same league as John German. They were superb.

We have recently purchased a house through John German and to say the process wasn’t without its issues is an understatement, however, the staff at JG have been approachable, professional & patient throughout.
We were shown around by Lynda who was both friendly & knowledgeable regarding the property. Once our offer was accepted we dealt with Lizzie who is also a credit to JG and Lizzie also has the patience of a saint.
We would definitely recommend John German.

David who came out to do the valuation was fantastic - straight talking in terms of realistic value but listened and understood our personal situation and worked with us in terms of a plan - at the end of his visit he left us confident that he really wanted to sell our house, we knew how he was going to do it and when we got offers they were spot on with what he said we could achieve.

Lara Beth and Henry were patient, efficient and warm and friendly whilst arranging all the viewings.

But a special mention has to go to Lizzie who was just amazing! So confident, warm, friendly and calm - we were just one of many sales she was no doubt dealing with, and to get us to exchange took so much chasing with us, our solicitor, our buyers, our buyers solicitor and our buyers estate agent, but not once did she make us feel like she did not have time to talk to us.

We are so glad we chose John German to sell our home.

We recently tried to purchase a property through John German, and despite the owner pulling out of the sale in the end, I was very impressed with the service I received from Lizzie and Iain during the process. Lizzie was fantastic during negotiations and really personable, and Iain kept me updated on our progress regularly and chased solicitors on our behalf – they were much better than the estate agents we used to sell, and I would DEFINITELY use John German in future! Both Lizzie and Iain were supportive when the purchase fell through (despite my tears on the phone), and I feel positive that they'll find us something else instead. Thank you for all your help!
