Foxtons was great at helping me find a place that suited my budget and location. My agent, Aidan, was extremely helpful, especially considering it was my first time searching for a property and needed help with the process. Aidan went the extra mile to make sure I was well informed and comfortable every step of the way. Extremely happy with the service!

We haven't had the best experience with the Foxtons London Bridge and Blackheath office. Namely they each managed to lose track of the keys to TWO different properties (at the start of different tenancies), making our removal company wait outside and waste precious time. If it wasn't for Aidan, we probably would have been left locked outside our new flat.
He went above and beyond to both get us our new home, and always available to sort any issues that came up. He is committed to his job and very pleasant to work with. The Peckham office is lucky to have Aidan, he should be an example to his colleagues.

I am extremely disappointed by the service I received from Foxtons. Two months into the process of purchasing a flat, and having spent over £1000 on surveyor and solicitor fees, the agents at Foxtons have admitted that there is a problem with the sale, as they have been unable to get hold of their own client for almost two months. They only admitted this after my solicitor felt obliged to set a deadline so who knows how much longer they would have let this drag on for if we hadn't done that. Each time I raised concerns about the vendor, they tried to reassure me by saying that all was normal and that there was nothing to worry about. This dishonesty has resulted in a huge amount of time, energy and money being wasted by all involved in the process. This would have been entirely avoidable had Foxtons been honest from the start. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with Foxtons in any capacity, as I do not believe that they can be trusted with something as important as facilitating the sale or purchase of a home.

Aidan was super helpful, fast and efficient when handling our search. He waited patiently for us as we were running late for our viewing as we both work for the NHS and as such wasn't able to leave on time. As a result of this we made an offer immediately on the space and Aidan was more than accommodating with liaising with the landlord and getting the forms to us and everything signed off and processed quickly.

Aidan was super helpful in helping me secure our property when moving from Edinburgh to London. He was always available for the many questions I had and was always happy to help. I am so glad I had someone like him helping me through this process!
