Reside

I have just finished a one year tenancy, with property managers Reside. They were absolutely fantastic. I’ve had so many scarring experiences with horrendous property managers (one held our deposit for 2 years), as well as just average slightly lazy managers, that I was dreading another property managers, but Reside have restored my faith in humanity. They treat tenants with respect and understanding. We had a mice problem and they were super quick, our washing machine started smoking and we were only 2 days without a working machine - many other places you could expect to go months, or not have the issue resolved at all. (To note, the property was in great condition when we first started, these were just unexpected issues). Alina in particular was always incredibly kind, and efficient, and you just really felt like she cared about your living situation. I am also so thrilled to say that we have had our full deposit returned, which is absolutely unheard of usually. I tried incredibly hard for this to be the outcome, but I’ve done so in other places and been charged thousands for damage done by previous tenants, so I’m so thrilled that it feels like returning the deposit in full is a bit of gratitude for keeping the flat in good condition during the tenancy. Long story short, renting a property through and that is managed by reside will genuinely improve your way of living. Having experienced really bad property managers vs these guys, I cannot recommend them enough.

Reside are a great and friendly agency. We have had excellent communication with them over the last year of renting with them and they have been very prompt at responding to any issues e.g property maintenance. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking about renting in the new cross area!

The team is very helpful, easy to reach and quick to help with any issues. When I moved the flat was clean, the windows have been changed, and when asked to check the leak, it was sorted out in no time.

Reside has been absolutely amazing during our tenancy. Extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. We rented our first property in the UK with them and they guided us through the process and made us very comfortable throughout. Later, they were very responsive and resolved everything we asked for within a day. Couldn't recommend them more!!!

Having used Reside for the two properties I've stayed in since I moved to London... they've been amazing!! While moving in & moving out is always stressful, Reside made it as easy and streamlined as possible. Very helpful when trying to find the right rental property for you. They're also always quick to respond and fix any issues that inevitably crop up while renting; highly recommend choosing them.

Reside have been very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible throughout the process. They answered my numerous questions with patience and friendliness. You really get a feeling that you are treated fairly and professionally, and that if anything goes wrong they will give you a hand. I would definitely recommend this team of agents.

Been renting with Reside for 3+ years and everything’s been good. Fast to respond and action any maintenance issues, helped us move into a different flat to save some money. Usually deal with Linda and Alina who are both very nice.

Very streamlined and efficient communication when moving in and out of my rented property. Friendly staff and responsive to any issues with property. Coordinated a plumbing engineer to arrive within 30mins of my boiler breaking! Always receptive to my feedback and swift to relay information to my landlord when necessary.
