I had an amazing experience with Haart Estate Agents in particular Chris Faulkner, who is part of the lettings team. My family and I needed an apartment urgently and of all the agents we met, he was the only one who kept calling us and providing updates. Even when it seemed that getting an apartment for us would be almost impossible, he was tenacious in his search and ensured we got a very lovely apartment. I'm so grateful for his support both during the search and while moving in. He explained the process step by step and made the transition from relocating to a new area very stress free. After we moved in, he still called to ensure we were comfortable and had no issues with the apartment. Really grateful for how much he cares, his professionalism and passion in getting a good home for us. I will be recommending anyone I know to haart, Sutton. Thank you very much!

We had a boiler issue at our property and Laszlo was very helpful, he acted very fast and sent an engineer who fixed the heating next day.
I am very pleased with his customer service and how quickly he managed to resolve the issue.
