I use Taylor Robinson to find tenants for my rental apartments for a few years. My apartments are always fully occupied and the quality of the tenants are also very good.

I first made contact with Ben Cannon when I was looking to buy an investment property, we spoke on the phone and he made several suggestions about areas we had not thought of. Whilst trying to source a property to buy he kept in regular contact and gave advice on what repairs/alterations would need to be made and also potential rental value. Once we purchased the property Ben was fantastic, we let the property almost immediately and a good tenant was secured. We will definitely work with Ben again!

Taylor Robinson staff have on a daily basis kept me updated on the sourcing of suitable tenants for my properties over the years. They have also always provided an efficient service and advice on finding suitable contractors when required at the properties.

Ben was wonderful during our entire process of renting our new property. He would always respond to my emails quickly with any concerns or questions I had & was very informative. Ben was friendly & the whole experience was perfect.

Absolutely terrible company. Very helpful right up until contracts are signed. After that you are as good as forgotten about. Any issues in the property they do nothing but pass the buck rather than doing something about the issue. Technically the company are breaking the Landlords and Tenants Act 1985 but as they know you have still have no choice but to pay full rent regardless of issues encountering in your property they will ignore any requests made to get the issues resolved.

Overall experience with Taylor-Robinson was very positive. No issues whatsoever, everything was handled in professional manner.

Although it took a good few months to sell out flat, we cannot complain about the service. The agent stuck with us till the end. All the staff were really approachable and friendly and were always happy to help. We actually bought and sold through them so that says a lot. The post sale progression was also brilliant, keeping us in the loop on a regular basis.
