Having quickly found a buyer for my mums house through Cavendish and also a new property for her to move into, all seemed set for both transactions to complete quickly as there were no chains involved, little did we know! The delay was with my mums new property and whilst Daren wasn’t selling this property his efforts, in ensuring the whole transaction didn’t collapse and getting involved in our purchase where the selling agents seemed reluctant to, went above and beyond expectations.

We bought our current house through Darren at Cavendish almost 5 years ago. At the time I was very disappointed how Darren conducted himself during our purchase. He was pushing myself and my solicitor at all steps when the delay was from the sellers side and the council for local searches. When we were nearing exchange he became very aggressive and wanted exchange to be a certain date, 2 days earlier than what was being agreed between the solicitors. I am now upsizing and have used two different estate agents within Cheam for sale and purchase, and after dealing with both of them, I realise how poor Cavendish were, and particularly Darren.

Great experience. Daren was a great help when I recently sold my parents house. Very quick to respond to queries, friendly and professional. Easy to get in contact with and provided regular updates. Really appreciated all his help especially as I was selling the house from a distance as I don't live in the locality. Daren was always happy to answer queries or just give advice.
