Excellent service from start to finish! Both Debbie and Lauren handled all our questions, and kept on top of a complicated chain that needed constant attention.

Where to start....from the very beginning Sinclairs have been absolutely brilliant. Dan valued the property very very well and produced a great set of details that really helped sell the property, detailing some of the points that I thought made out house stand-out and all without us having to ask hin, superb.
The support from everyone at the Coalville Office has been second to none, so a big thank toy to Lauren and Debbie in particular. Faultless service all the way thru, and even secured an asking price more than it was advertised. We always said if we want to sell out house we would ask Dan, and he did just that

Sinclairs advertised their online portal as the best way to show as a seller and buyer, each retrospective purchases/sales were progressing. This portal was never updated and even now after completion is still showing as only solicitors instructed.
I felt pushed and pressued into using Sinclairs as i was told the sellar of the property I wanted would only accept our offer on the basis we used the same estate agent. Inparticularly this was done by their manager. This is the only reason we accepted Sinclair.
They pushed figures in my face despite me telling them i did not want to use them and wanted Reddingtons.
During the process the estate agent told us she felt stuck in the middle of us and the sellers making our whole house purchase a nightmare.
We have both felt that they havent passed all of our queries and questions on to the seller of the property we purchased due to the feeling they made very clear of being stuck in the middle. This did not help us in purchasing our property.
We would never recommend using Sinclairs.

From Dan's first visit to my house the service from Sinclairs has been amazing. Dan and Debbie have been great through the whole process and really supportive which is very much appreciated. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Sinclair are an excellent team you managed the sale well. Appointments were well managed and they worked hard to get offers in. Realistic pricing got the foot fall needed which in turn led to a selling over asking. They were also very proactive with chasing solicitors and took a lot of hassle out of the selling process.

Absolutely amazing throughout the purchase of the house. Kept me well informed and supported me through the varies obstacles that came up.
