We've been amazed with the fantastic service provided by Madison Brook. We've got so many issues with agencies in the past, and Madison Brook teams just made us forget it all. Very reliable, kind, responsive, we couldn't ask better. They took great care of us (tenant) and made helped us through all the process. George has been really helpful and is definitely a great asset in this company. We highly recommend them for any property rental, purchase etc...

Carina Valentina and Stuart were all amazing in getting my flat sold, inspite of the holdups and difficulties along the way they kept me well informed and were very helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Maddison brook on the future.

I first contacted Madison Brooks a few days ago to arrange a viewing of a flat in Roma Corte, I was told I could have an online viewing and I would receive confirmation of slots available once the tenants had confirmed availability for bookings.

I did't hear back from anyone so I decided to call back today and I was told the property had been taken off the market due to keys being unavailable.
I asked if I would be informed if the flat returned to the market and I was told I would receive their standard property emails and I could see from that if the flat had returned online.
This same week I received one about a flat in Brick Kiln, I replied to ask a viewing and got an Out of Office in reply. No one contacted me about my inquiry.
Since I was on the call today, I asked to have an online viewing and we arranged 5:15 pm today.

I didn't receive any call from the agent.
I called back the office and I was told to call the agent myself and I was given a number, I called the number and this went straight to voicemail.

This is very disappointing and highly unprofessional especially in such a competitive rental market.

Was a pleasure dealing with Carina, Valentina, and George for the sale of my property. They were professional and friendly at all times, definitely highly recommend.
