I cannot thank Michael Graham enough for their help & support when purchasing a property through them. Ben and his team did a fantastic job every step along the way, and they proved 1000 times more helpful than my own estate agent who was handling my sale! If ever anyone has any doubts nowadays about a traditional estate agent versus the new fad online agents, I can recommend without question to go with the traditional, established agent. Yes it may cost a little more financially, but you secure absolute professionalism, high standards and quality service, not to mention a huge saving on your stress levels! Absolutely invaluable.

We put our house on the market with Michael Graham (MG) nearly a year ago now. We had the pleasure of meeting the Branch Director Richard who came to value the house and agree the terms. He was very friendly. Our subsequent viewings were managed by both Ander and Ben who kept both Ian and informed along the way. Again both professional and friendly and ensured we got what we wanted for our property.
There were a couple of occasions where when I called the office to follow up viewings for feedback that I didn’t get a call back or maybe the message had not been passed on, but this was not often. Just something to consider.
We did accept several offers in the time our house was on the market for, however because we had not found anywhere we had a few pull out and MG were quick to re-list our property. We finally were in a position where we had sold and found somewhere and I can honestly say that Ben was super informative. He kept me posted on progress right through from January to May and even the people who bought from us commented on his service to me as I don’t think they had such a great experience with the agent they used. They introduced good potential buyers, did not show round people who were not in a proceedable position, and responded quickly to interest.
