Georgian stable block houses numerous art and craft businesses with a cafe and toilets, also offered at the garden centre next door. Parking is free and within a short walk. Centre stands in the grounds of a stately home, now privately own and the base for wedding events. The beautiful grounds are accessible and provide a hilly backdrop for its own lake and Church complete with bells.

Love coming here I visit every other day when I'm passing through on a ride out it's got various walking routes one of which is through bignalls wood there is a clearing with a big sun dial and a small abandoned building that's been fenced off. There is even a small bench down by one of the lakes/pond whatever you'd class it as if you fancy a small break from walking

Nice place to visit, nice little cafe in the courtyard near the garden centre. There's just not a lot to do, can go for a very short walk around the estate, can have a look in the garden centre but there's not much to look at, The prices in the café are not cheap and the prices in the little bakery are silly prices. I would be much more inclined to buy more of the homemade products if the prices were lower. So yeah its ok, nice place for a walk on a sunny day but a bit on the boring side.

I visit Rituals Retreat, in Staunton Harold every couple of weeks. They're wonderful people and I can't recommend their services enough. The other shops around the square include a museum of beautiful artworks, a metal work shop, a bakery, a cafe, and many more!

Lovely place for a walk and you can take advantage of the garden centre as well.
When you get back from your walk it's always worth visiting the tearooms in the stable courtyard. The circular route through Dimminsdale wood is a favourite of mine, it's about two and a half miles and the scenery is stunning.

Gorgeous wedding venue. Attentive but discrete staff, beautiful rooms and delicious food - particularly the canapés.

I love going to The Ferrer's Centre at Staunton Harold, checking out the gorgeous offerings from local artists. This time I picked up some earrings, some little little puffin ornaments and a handmade ceramic planter in the shape of a conker. I also had a lovely lunch at The Stables and a wonderful walk around the Estate. We even popped into the garden centre - well worth a visit!

It's a Gr8 House and Estate and the grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. The groundsman must spend hours maintaining the gardens and the lawns.
The church on the estate is nice too.
I always look forward to sitting in the grounds it's a beautiful place to be X
