I have used Nicol and Co Worcester for a house sale, purchase, and multiple property rentals and they have never disappointed. The teams are friendly and proactive, they have excellent current understanding of all elements of the property market and they give honest and comprehensive guidance and advice. I would not use any other agency and would happily recommend Nicol and Co to anyone. They really do deserve 5*s

The staff at Nicol & Co Worcester are excellent. My daughter bought a house via them last year and was very impressed with them so I was really pleased to see that they were the agents for a property that we were interested in. The customer service that we received was fantastic and didn’t disappoint. Alice was so proactive sending property profile alerts and arranging viewings. She was very engaging and friendly and kept us fully informed at all stages. Once the sale was agreed on the property, Kat took over. We received regular progress reports from her and she chased up any outstanding actions promptly. She always got back to us regarding any queries that we raised. Thanks to the excellent customer service from Nicol & Co our experience has been very positive and much less stressful than it could have been. The icing on the cake was walking in to our new home and finding a lovely welcome to your new home card which was personalised and signed by all the team along with a very well thought out complimentary hamper. Cant recommend Nicol & Co highly enough and want to say a big thank you to them. Well done.

Unsure where to start and who to mention in this review, as the whole experience has been incredible.
The whole Worcester team have been exceptional, from Molly contacting us frequently to gain us as clients, to Kelly coming out and valuing our property, then Alice providing a live stream on our home and working with Dan to inform us on our viewings and buyers who have placed an offer.
The whole process so far has been seamless and I could not recommend them anymore.

Nicol & Co have been wonderful to work with so far on the purchase of our first house. Starting from the different viewings we had with Kelvin, we were impressed. They are very knowledgeable on the area, property, and will assist wherever they can. During the process of making our offer Dan was very quick to update and advise and once our offer was accepted they were super fast with processing paperwork. They give weekly updates on the status of the sale, even if there is not much to report on, which is always reassuring. Would highly recommended buying through Nicol & Co.!!

Nicol and Co are hands down the best agency that I have come across during my time in finding my first home. The fantastic communication, efficiency and very high standards are just a small number of positives that will ensure you find the right home for you. I have had the pleasure of liaising with most of the members of staff but I have to pick out Alice as well as Hope as some of the nicest estate agents ever. The staff work tirelessly to make sure the seller and the buyer are satisfied and the super hard work put into all tasks is something I have not always seen whilst looking for a property. I have had an exceptional experience and I could not fault anything that this agency does!
