Snellers is a fantastic agency. Throughout our whole house finding process we were in touch with Hannah. From start to finish she was very considerate of what we wanted, patient with all our questions and never condescending like some other agencies have been to us. Our process for signing a contract was lengthy with some bumps along the way but Hannah was always there for advice and she never failed to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall a fantastic experience, far smoother than we had anticipated and we are immensely happy. Thomas and Matthew helped us to find and secure in a very efficient and quick way our new home, so we’re looking forward to moving in. We were receiving professional and considerate service, very prompt responses and support throughout the process. Can’t really find any fault to complain. After unexpected changes we were placed in a position of moving out and looking for a new place to live. After several viewings we almost lost our hope to find a place we really like. Myself and 3 friends were looking to rent a flat in London. Personally this is the first time I have rented.
