We have had such a fantastic service using Andrews Morden to find our first home. We viewed over a few months with Julia Francis and she never met you without a smile. Extremely friendly and cheery and you could tell she simply loved her job and we always looked forward to all our viewings with her. Spoke to Georgie Howes over the phone and she was great at getting us help a few times. Once we got the one, Katie Andrews took over until completion and has been such a pleasure to work with! So lovely, approachable and professional, she always kept us in the loop with regular calls, updates and emails all throughout. Very efficient and liaised with all parties to check progress, secure dates, etc, which kept us on track with a quick turnaround to the day we got our keys! Special thanks to you Katie and all at Andrews Morden and highly recommended by us! Such a great team!

Terrible office to deal with. My partner and I were looking to buy a property together. We made an offer on a house and waited over a week to hear from anyone. Andrews morden fed me constant lies and used stalling tactics. I wasn't kept in the loop at all. A very toxic and unprofessional sales team. Such a shame as their mitcham branch is a delight to deal with.

Morden office never answers phone calls or kept me in the loop. My agent emailed them in the end after days of their calls being unanswered and they didn't respond instead I was told just more lies how they couldn't reach my agent and handt heard from them.i was copied in the email from my agent to confirm our buying position. very unprofessional great example of an awful agency to deal with.avoid as much as possible.

Absolute time wasters. I viewed a property during week days, placed an offer straightaway with all information required. Also I mentioned the fact that I have holidays booked and have a flight to catch in 10 days. Nothing was taken in consideration, wasted 4 working days and they returned to me with an answer that landlord has declined my offer. I would have appreciated any sort of urgency to be honest. Who takes 4 days to decide that’s it’s a NO. Had to cancel my flights and holidays due to the slow actions of Andrews estate agents Morden branch. So sorry but I am very disappointed of their laid back approach.

Credit should be given to Julia Francis for securing us a good buyer and helping us to secure the purchase of our new property. Also Tracy Burden who tirelessly worked behind the scenes and kept us informed of the chain. Julia was very straight forward and honest about the whole process and we are glad we signed up with her. Both Julia and Tracy worked well together as a team and delivered what we hoped for all along. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Brian Barnsby, from start to finish he has been helpful and supportive with a rather difficult sale for myself and my brother. We would not fail to recommend him to anyone, without his assistance this difficult sale would have been near impossable.
