They have even followed up with me to check that everything is still good with the flat.
Will definitely recommend and use again if I move again.
On a more general note the renting process with Hotblack Desiato was very effective and straightforward. In particular there is a great choice and use of the digital tools available today to help facilitate things like referencing, deposit payment or contract signing.
Would be lovely to use again in the future!
We are first-time buyers and were quite overwhelmed by the whole process and competitiveness of the market when we were looking for places earlier this year. We found Matteo to be friendly, down to earth and honest about the process, and really hard working to get an offer accepted for us. Cannot thank him enough. Also had some really great interactions with Alasdair, who oversaw the process.
We had a great experience with these guys, just hope that more estate agents were like Matteo!
My partner and I recently secured a new 1-bed through working with Hotblack Desiato. We were actively looking for places and attending viewings for about 6 weeks before we found this place.
The agent, Gino, was very helpful in replying to our emails, answering questions, and providing advice throughout this process.
In particular, we were very impressed with the clear inventory provided upfront, including photos and details of all potential issues (small repairs, chipped paint, etc.), which was definitely a refreshing change compared with our experiences elsewhere.
We are both very happy with the outcome and would recommend Hotblack Desiato for their prompt response times, professionalism, and transparency throughout this process. Thanks Gino!
