Fenn Wright Stanway

We have had a fair few problems with the property we are renting. One of which I requested when we first moved in over 3 years ago and the other was overdue from 2020. I recently exchanged a few emails with Amber (first time Iv been assisted by her) and the issues were solved with speed.
I have felt completely at ease contacting her and she has done her upmost throughout. Very happy with the service she has provided.

We have been renting through Fenn Wright for the last 4 years and I would definitely recommend them. They are always helpful and have any problems sorted quickly. A special thanks to Mel Rowlands who has been fantasic helping us with the end of tenancy. Moving is so stressful and shes taken a huge weight off being a great go-between with us and the landlord, fair, professional and really easy to talk to. Thank you!

After a year of living at our current property we ran in to a few problems all at once. Each time I called I was promised they would be dealt with and each time I called back (because no one bothered to update us) no one knew what I was talking about and I had to start all over again. I was promised call backs, that messages would be passed along, that our landlord would be contacted, and nothing was sorted. Whenever I called there was never an apology, it was honestly terrible customer service that you'd expect from inexperienced disinterested teenagers not professional adults. However the five star review is for an employee named Romario who was the only person to actually call back and actually get things done. It's taken a while but everything is now sorted and if it wasn't for that particular staff member I imagine we'd still be waiting.

All the staff at Fenn Wright Stanway did a brilliant, professional and efficient job. There were various obstacles to overcome as we were selling a far from perfect property. Solutions were found and the deal held together to completion. Thank you Fenn Wright.

Fenn Wright were absolutely brilliant throughout our house sale and purchase. We dealt with them for nearly a year due to sales and purchases falling through but throughout that time they were always on hand to answer any questions and got us viewings extremely quickly both for our sale and for any properties they had come on the market, as a result we managed to buy a property through them which made the process easier. Fenn Wright always answered our calls and emails quickly and chased buyers and sellers on our behalf. Laura was particularly excellent in this regard as she was constantly chasing for us which sped the process along quicker, and she always provided us with updates when we asked for one and we were really appreciative of the work she put in to get the sale and purchase to go through. Adam was also brilliant from start to finish in getting our house up for sale and finding us a new property to move to, again he was always really responsive and helpful when we asked any questions or wanted to make arrangements to view properties or the property we eventually purchased. James was also excellent in arranging appointments and conducting viewings, and Clark was too and was always available to show us round properties and allow us access to the property we bought. Would definitely use Fenn Wright in the future.

Fenn Wright has been very helpful and professional throughout our tenancy, especially Romario Dunne who was always available to answer queries, quick to resolve any problems and always tries his best to accommodate our needs so massive thank yous to Romario and the team.

I would like to thank Sarah Vincent at Fenn Wright, Stanway Office for going to great lengths to help us when the boiler down, leaving us with no hot water and central heating.

Despite the rather complicated repair - Sarah ensured that approvals for repair for expedited at each stage, and followed up with us, after the work was done. It was reassuring to know that someone was there to ensure that we are no problems.
