I have been happily renting property with Atlas for 7 years with my family. Property and services was very good. I would like thank you to Katerina and Landlord Mr Nicos who helped us a lot and we really appreciate it. I would recommend this agency for sure to other people.

I will keep this brief:
Poor customer service
The room I viewed, is not the room I was given. By this time contract was signed and money transfered.
My rent is inclusive of bills. Atlas claim I contacted Thames Water and transfered the water account on my name for a 7 bed property. Obviously won't own up to their own mistake or even try to resolve it. This is still ongoing for me to resolve myself.
I was told I would be sharing with 7 other people. Actual fact, 11 other people. Which apparently they did not know how may people occupied the house.
I have an ensuite room. If you are are 5ft or shorter you can shower, otherwise you will have to take baths.
I viewed a room double the size of mine, full length wardrobes and no slanted attic windows. I got the opposite. Landlord has refused to reduce my rent due to their own failures. They have agreed to release me early from my 12 month lease. However the stress of finding a place to live and further moving costs... I will have to adjust and make do until I can find time and money to find another place to live, pack and move AGAIN. Also need to resolve the Thames Water bill which had now effected my credit rating. Atlas have no empathy, they just want the rent money. My home should be my sanctuary.. and all I have had is headache and stress. You have to fight for an engineer to attend to a breakdown... like I said very poor customer service... the list goes on....

Finding a house in London was very difficult for me. I was miserable and depressed. They made everything so easy; I appreciate your patience.

I have been staying at one of Atlas managed property for over 2 years now and the whole experience has been pleasant. In this wide web of rental market in London, Atlas is a hidden gem where not just they manage the properties to the highest standards but also take care of any service requests. Aida our property manager is very attentive and perhaps the biggest reason I continue to be here. She is very hard working and her attention to detail is par none. Even during the difficult covid times, her responsiveness was surprisingly quick and making sure of the tenants well-being is well adhered to. She liaises very well with other teams at work and is an excellent brand ambassador for Atlas. Thank you Aida and Atlas team.

I have been with Atlas for over 3 years and the agency has been the best I've had in London (and it's tough to find a good one in London!). Maintenance has always been timely, service has always been high quality, and communication has always been professional. From the moment I met with Aida in the office to get the keys, the move felt right and it's been the same since. Thank you Atlas!
