I have recently Rented a 2 Bedroom Property from Mahoney and Gray Letting Agents Based in Chorley.

I could not fault the Service they gave if I had any Problems ie. The Boiler stopped Working on Good Friday and I heard back straight the same Day via email and the Plumber came out the very next Day on Bank Holiday Saturday of Easter Weekend. They are very Professional and Responsive and could not fault the Service they offered for a Lettings Agent one bit.

Made to feel we had the property. Only to be told there was other applications to go through. Even tho there was nothing wrong with ours and ours was first. Told to wait over thee weekend and finally was told late Monday.
Was made to feel like second class citizens

Just had an EPC on my property ready for putting it on the market these guys are cheaper than all other companies I called and I had the certificate back with me within a few hours top service thanks guys.

I rented my flat via this Estate Agent for three & a half years & wow!! Best Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. I had a couple of issues with my water & my heating which were sorted straight away with no problems. I'd recommend in a heartbeat. Their fees are the most reasonable too.
