Need a repair doing to a property you rent through Frank Innes? Be prepared to wait. Over a week without a functional boiler in November is beyond a joke and should not be happening. And the communication (or lack of) is terrible.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was a assisted by the lovely Niamh, who made the whole process easy and pain free regarding admin or any details i required. The speed and efficiency of which she and the other staff showed regarding my application was a breath of fresh air. Which meant that from start to finish the whole process (Initially Viewing to Moving) took around 10 days which i thought was lightening quick.. Head & Shoulders above any agency I've dealt with in the past! Would recommend to anyone..
