The Foxtons Ealing Team has been really helpful with our house search. They were really organised when it came to facilitating our viewings, and helping us understanding the entire lettings process.

Hoeda especially has made the house hunting feel a lot less stressful than it has been, by taking the time out to bring my housemate and I around to seeing different flats around West London, and giving us really good suggestions and advice. She was honestly one of the kindest agents we've encountered, and we're grateful for her sincerity when it came to helping us find the right places within our budget!

We would love to continue working with her and the Foxtons Ealing Team to finding the best fit for us :)

I have just completed on a sale with Andy Hoad who has been absolutely brilliant.

It was a long and complicated sale yet Andy was always very, VERY patient and professional while dealing with a very stressed first time buyer (me) and what seemed to me like an equally stressed seller.

His extensive knowledge and expertise is truly impressive… on top of this he’s a really nice guy!

I am also sure he’s a great role model and leader to his team.

Thank you Andy for all you have done for this to happen. I can’t recommend Andy enough.

In my opinion a professional estate agency should vet the quality of landlord they advertise for. I have had a terrible time with a sub standard landlord who has left me without a functioning toilet for 9 weeks. Probably even more significant is the gas safety certificate that expired two months ago. I believe this to be illegal. I have contacted Foxtons on four different occasions to ask for help. I have always spoken to polite young people who promise to follow this up and call me back. No one has ever called me back. They clearly wash their hands of any responsibility as soon as the fee has been collected despite having a duty of care to the tenants. I have now raised these issues with the local council and the Health and safety Executive.
I will now attempt to contact Foxtons at a more senior level and raise a complaint.
Please take my experience into consideration when deciding which estate agency to use.

Recently I’ve had a hectic time finding a new property for myself and my wife that can accommodate all our needs, but within the first week of our search Adam Rharib was able to find our perfect home. He was very efficient and informative, very professional agent who listened to what we required and delivered within the same morning. My best experience with a real estate agent to date.

I have just completed my searching for a rental apartment in the Ealing area. As a newbie to this country, I was blessed to have Mr. Juliano DeConto of Foxtons who patiently guide me through all the procedures of the rental process, and found me properties to view according to my needs and likes. He never rush me to make decisions and always helpful with any questions arise during the process. Always response to my emails, phone calls or text messages promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking for a reliable agent in the real estate market.

I contacted Foxtons in my journey to find a property to rent and was put in touch with Chris Cooper. From the get go, he was extremely helpful and super pleasant. He gave me lots of great information about the current market during the initial call and was very quick to send over relevant properties. He was always prompt to reply to any and all queries I had (which were plentiful) and he went above and beyond to get us details of the property. Chris has been super responsive and thoughtful every step of the way - it made a world of a difference and gave us a peace of mind.

My experience with Foxtons has been unmatched and I can't thank Chris enough for helping us secure the property. I highly recommend that you contact Foxtons if you're searching for a property in London - the current market situation is a craze and they helped us make the process so much smoother.

As many may be able to attest, searching for a rental property in London is a harrowing experience. To add on to that, this was the first rental we were moving into. To say that the process was confusing is to understate the chaos we were in, but where other agents and agencies were poor in their communication and response, Chris from Foxtons swooped in to save the day. There were many positives in our experience with Chris, but the one that I wanted to highlight was that he was always available to speedily answer any and all queries we had regarding the rental process and he gave clear, measured advice that actually aligned with our home requirements. This was a refreshing change of pace from other agencies. Chris really made it feel like we were his only customers during our search process which is testament to his amazing efficiency at work. And to top it all off he was a pleasure to interact with to. Going forward, whenever we are back to searching for properties we most definitely will be chasing Chris up by name to ensure the same quality experience we had this time round.

My family member has been left in a property that has been covered in mould for over a year now. This is a property that is managed by foxtons and they've been more than useless. Communication is non existent, only when they need rent payments. The landlord is an obvious insurance fraud, even the insurance assessor thought so. After a year they decided to finally carry out work and after 4 weeks they've handed me the property back without flooring and only painted.

See attached pictures of before and after. Can you spot the difference besides the paint job?

Will raise complaint with ealing council and ombudsman
