We have purchased three properties marketed by Robert Cooney Taunton and have to say that they have the balance absolutely right - they get things done without being pushy, they keep you fully informed at all stages and they don't hesitate to smooth wrinkles and sort out small issues before they grow. Having a sales progression team helps, but the sales team also keep a close eye on deals to make sure all goes smoothly, an attitude I have found sadly lacking in several other estate agents in the past, both big names and small. The Taunton team are outstanding.

On particular staff member was really morally supportive on the day I tried but failed to get a mortgage and lost the place to another buyer. Then the house returned and we tried again with a different plan and got through and they shared the joy with us until the end.
